Wild #346910 Tube Wedge allows the viewing angle on any Wild / Leica M-series stereomicroscope (except M5/M5A) to be changed +/- 15º.  Most often used to provide a lower, more comfortable viewing angle for taller microscope configurations.  Used, excellent condition.
