The Jenavert upright metallurgical microscope from Carl Zeiss, Jena, is a German engineered reflected light brightfield / darkfield microscope. This used one has 10x, 20x and 50x BD (Zeiss calls them HD) Plan objectives in a five position nosepiece. The nosepiece on these houses a fiberoptic ringlight that diverts all the light from the 100W halogen bulb to the back of the objective when in darkfield mode. This advanced design results in brighter, more evenly illuminated darkfield images than comparable microscopes. Includes 12V/100W power supply with 100V US plug, but can be swapped for 220V European power supply as needed. This trinocular microscope can be equipped with any of our digital cameras.
