Our standard configuration of the Motic BA310-POL is a very capable transmitted light polarizing microscope for student or laboratory use. Our configuration includes 4x, 10x, 20x, and 40x objectives. It has several standard features that would typically only be found on higher-end microscopes, including a Seidentopf head with crossline correction, focusable and centerable Bertrand lens, 360 degree rotatable polarizing and analyzer, condenser with flip-out top element, and a focusing and centering condenser and field diaphragm for Koehler illumination.
